【Workshop Information】

• Instructors: Prof. Chung, Chih-Lin,TKU & Prof. Lo, Mei-Lan,NTNU
• Format: 12-hour intensive workshop co-taught by 2 instructors
• Language of Instruction: Bilingual (Mandarin and English)
• Enrollment limit: Limited to 15 participants. Priority will be given to Feng Chia University faculty.

【Program Structure】

• First 9 hours (Instructor-led):
  • Introduction to EMI (English as a Medium of Instruction) teaching
  • Principles of EMI course design
  • Discipline-specific EMI course design practices
  • Feedback on course design outcomes
• Final 3 hours (Teaching Demonstration):
  • Teaching demonstrations and feedback
  • Each participant will present for approximately 5–10 minutes (including preparation time)

【Certificate of Participation Requirements】

To receive a certificate, participants must:

1. Complete registration on the NCHU EMI Teaching Resource Center website before the application deadline.
2. Attend at least 10 hours of the workshop.
3. Complete the Pre- and Post-Course Self-Assessment Survey.
